We can plan music for a welcome reception, wedding day or evening party according to your schedule. Share ceremony moments, dinner plans and the tracks that matter to you. Live saxophone, violin or cello options are discussed around the date and available musicians.

Your planner or venue can confirm access, load-in time, the performance area, power and any sound limit or curfew. If dinner and dancing use separate spaces, tell me early so the proposal can address both. Outdoor celebrations also need a workable covered alternative.
For a destination event, we agree how the DJ equipment and sound will be provided: transported where practical or coordinated with a suitable local supplier. Travel, accommodation and the performance scope should be clear in the proposal before you book.

Each enquiry is considered around the location, performance duration, equipment and any live-musician options. Send the details for a tailored proposal.
Can we discuss a welcome party as well as the wedding?
Yes. Include the dates, locations and timing of each celebration in your enquiry so availability and scope can be checked.
