A wedding in Croatia

One celebration.
Many musical worlds.

I’m Luca Goya, a Croatia-based destination wedding DJ. I create a personal musical flow for couples bringing together friends and family from different countries, backgrounds and generations. Your favourite songs are the starting point; reading the room shapes what happens next.

For an intimate villa wedding, a coastal reception or a larger celebration, we start with your date, venue and guests. Istria, Dubrovnik, Split and Hvar each come with different travel and production considerations. Share the actual venue so we can discuss availability and the setup for your plans.

From the first welcome to the last dance

Plan the whole day.
Keep the music personal.

A drinks reception needs room for conversation; dinner needs its own pace; the dance floor needs a connection across generations. Tell me which parts of the day you want covered, including ceremony music, and we will agree the musical scope before booking.

Bring your must-play songs, meaningful moments and do-not-play list. An open-format set can connect soul, disco, pop, house and familiar favourites without turning your wedding into a fixed playlist. DJ with saxophone, violin or cello can also be discussed, subject to musician availability.

Real celebrations in Istria

A documented
wedding story.

Luca Goya is credited as DJ in the Style Me Pretty feature of a wedding at San Canzian. You can also see Anna and Michael’s Castle Belaj wedding, documented by Đurin Weddings.

These are published celebrations, not a promise that every venue offers the same setup. Your planner and venue help us confirm the practical details for your own date.

The practical side

A plan that fits
your venue.

For an outdoor or island wedding, the enquiry should include access, travel or ferry timing, load-in arrangements and a sheltered alternative for the equipment. Your venue can confirm available power, sound restrictions and the agreed finish time.

Tell me whether dinner and dancing take place in different spaces. We can then discuss sound coverage, microphones, a DJ booth and warm dance floor lighting around the actual layout, rather than assuming one system will cover every area.

Planning your Croatia wedding

Can our planner coordinate the music with you?

Yes. Your planner can share the schedule, venue requirements and key moments so the musical plan fits the wider celebration.

Can you play for an international guest list?

Yes. Share the countries, generations and musical tastes represented in your group. The soundtrack is tailored around your people and preferences.

Are travel, sound and lighting included automatically?

The proposal sets out the agreed performance, equipment and travel arrangements for your venue. Send your location and event timings so these can be discussed clearly.

How do we check availability?

Send your date, venue or destination, approximate guest numbers and the parts of the day that need music. If a detail is undecided, tell me what you know so far.
